Right of Withdrawal (Return)

You can exercise your right of withdrawal for the products you purchased within 14 days of receiving the products or after delivery.

The terms and conditions regarding your rights concerning your right of withdrawal are included in the Distance Sales Agreement and Preliminary Information Form.

Once your return request is approved, we will share a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Products sent to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective or if you received the wrong product. This way we can quickly assess and correct the problem.

Refunds

We will review your return and inform you whether your refund request has been approved. If your request is accepted, the product price will be refunded within 14 days. The refund process is handled by the bank associated with your credit card.
